Cost of Membership and the Benefits
$4,750 per year*
*Membership runs from the date joined till the end of the current year
Member benefits include:
- CROSS INDUSTRY MERCHANT VERTICALS
MAG Members represent all key merchant verticals, including big box retail, warehouse retail, petroleum, grocery, small ticket/ kiosk, airlines, hotels, and eCommerce. Because of this, Merchants have the unique opportunity to network with their peers in other industry segments, and to share potential solutions to shared problems. The MAG addresses a broad range of payments issues with no limitations in scope.
However, there are times when it makes sense for merchants within the same vertical to discuss and share more industry-specific challenges. To meet this need, the MAG has formed four Special Interest Groups or SIGs. The four SIGs are:
- Mass Merchant
- Petroleum/Convenience Stores
- Small Ticket/Restaurant
The MAG is built on partnership. While the relationship between merchants and other parties in the payments process is at times adversarial, the MAG seeks to bring all parties together address issues in a collaborative, effective manner.
- IMPROVE PERFORMANCE
The MAG seeks to aggressively help its members improve performance. By providing training, surveys, studies and best practice information, the MAG helps you run your department in a more efficient and effective manner.
- COMMANDS RESPECT
MAG Membership includes most of the largest merchants in the country and commands respect simply because of the combined weight of their sales and payment volume.
- NETWORKING EVENTS
Complimentary attendance at the annual and mid-year conferences, a tremendous opportunity for education, networking, best-practice sharing, reviewing new technologies and interfacing with payment companies. Members receive three complimentary registrations for each MAG conference.
