The implementation of EMV in the US has been quite a bit more complex than the implementation of EMV in other countries due to a variety of reasons. Compounding that complexity, the US Federal Reserve has issued a clarifying statement as to the implementation of the Durbin Amendment which provides for some incremental configuration options for merchants. This webinar will walk through that statement, its impact on the EMV transaction flow and the customer experience, and talk at a high level about the paths to implement the elected option.
