The New Normal: Balancing Fraud, Sales, and the Customer Experience

2020 has been a tumultuous year. And although we’re all eager to get back to ‘normal’, there’s no going back to the way things were. This is  particularly true for digital commerce, where online customers are now turning up in droves. But merchants should beware. 

Surviving the new normal means watching out for enterprising fraudsters while maintaining strong customer experiences by ensuring false positives don’t turn away good buyers and reducing transaction confusion to keep a lid on friendly fraud. The good news? Not only can you survive, but you’ll thrive with some tips on navigating through a pandemic as a merchant.
