Conference Name Badges
For security reasons, MAG requires attendees to wear their name badges at all times during the Mid-Year Conference including evening networking events. Merchants will be required to show badges when entering merchant only sessions. Badges are to be picked up upon arrival when you check in at the registration desk. Should you lose your badge, please come to the registration desk to receive a replacement.
Consent to Use of Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, MAG meetings and other events constitutes an agreement by the registrant to MAG's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities.
The conference dress code is business-casual. When planning your outfit please be aware that speakers may wear a tie and jacket, and that some stage sets include a panel table with a drape and others are just chairs without anything between the speakers and the audience.
MAG’s Anti-Harassment Policy
The MAG is committed to providing all meeting participants a safe, productive and welcoming environment free from harassment, where all attendees are treated with respect and dignity. MAG prohibits verbal, sexual or physical harassment and is committed to enforcing this policy at all MAG events and meetings. All participants, including, but not limited to, members, attendees, speakers, exhibitors, MAG staff, sponsors, and others, are expected to abide by this Anti-Harassment Policy.
MAG works diligently to provide a safe and secure environment at its meetings and events by working with venue staff to make sure meeting participants are safe. We ask that all attendees report any questionable activity to a MAG staff member or MAG’s General Counsel so that the MAG can investigate and address the conduct. The MAG specifically reserves the right to take any appropriate action against any member, attendee, speaker, exhibitor, staff member, sponsor, or others who engage in any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior in violation of this policy. Such actions may include but are not limited to: expulsion from the MAG event or meeting; prohibition from attendance at future MAG events; expulsion from MAG membership; removal from a MAG office or committee position; removal as MAG staff; or any other action deemed appropriate by the MAG.
If you have a concern, say something. While concerns may be communicated to any MAG staff member, the primary contact to raise concerns is John Drechny at John.Drechny@merchantadvisorygroup.org
