Over 20% of Americans are unbanked (do not have a banking relationship) today.  This statistic has driven substantial growth in electronic payroll distribution programs as well as employers seeking to reduce costs associated with issuing paper paychecks.  Paper paychecks are costly to process and distribute, and a small percentage of paychecks invariably have problems requiring administrative resources to solve. Most employers today recognize the value of electronic payroll distribution; however, while many are embracing it, a poor implementation strategy can threaten the successful migration to electronic payroll.  In this webinar, learn about emerging trends to consider when choosing a 100% electronic approach to payroll distribution as well as utilizing compliance and implementation best practices to assure program success.
