The consumer shift to online and mobile commerce shopping platforms provides a tremendous opportunity to enhance payment transaction security and efficiency. However, ensuring a competitive landscape for such transactions is a an absolute necessity to fostering an improved payment transaction environment. This webinar will explore the different transaction routing options available for existing online mobile commerce platforms. We will also cover the necessary legal requirements for transaction routing enablement on financial products as required by the Durbin amendment to the Dodd-Frank law. Finally, MAG sponsor, Acculynk, will discuss the marketplace’s reaction to some of the challenges posed by EMV migration.

Douglas Kantor is a partner in Steptoe's Washington office, where he is a member of the Government Affairs & Public Policy Group, focusing on government relations.

Abby Kelley is the Director of Sales at Acculynk where she played an integral role in growing Acculynk’s merchant base and developing key partnerships domestically. She is responsible for driving sales to Acculynk’s enterprise accounts with a core focus on continued strategy development in the grocery, retail, education and digital goods verticals. Prior to joining Acculynk, Abby completed AT&T’s Sales Leadership program top of her class before moving into the payments industry where she diversified her knowledge for both the card present and card not present environments from her time with  Ingenico and CardinalCommerce.  Abby holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
