CardinalCommerce and The Fraud Practice will present a webinar on the results of our Third Annual Survey on the Use of Consumer Authentication in eCommerce. This survey has allowed us to take a 360 degree look at the payments ecosystem, in a way we've never been able to before. In this webinar, you’ll hear how the attitudes about and adoption of Consumer Authentication has changed over the three years of this study, and hear about how merchants are using Consumer Authentication, how many are planning to adopt the solution in 2016, and how adoption in the U.S. stacks up against the rest of the world. This survey provides rich information on how Consumer Authentication in used around the world today.

TaraLavelleTara joined CardinalCommerce in 2013 as Vice President, Marketing.   
Prior to Cardinal, she worked at American Greetings in both the greeting card business and the interactive division.  She has a proven track record of driving sales goals through multi-channel platforms and experiences.  Early in her career, Tara had experiences at a research consultancy firm where she learned to apply insights across several verticals. 
Tara Lavelle holds a BSBA in Marketing from John Carroll University and a MBA from Cleveland State University.

Speaker: Justin McDonald, Senior Risk Management Consultant, The Fraud Practice

McDonald-Justin-Headshot-240x240Justin McDonald is a Senior Risk Management Consultant with the Fraud Practice where he conducts data and business analysis for clients from a variety of industries across the globe in addition to leading the development and management of The Fraud Practice’s professional training and certification programs. Since joining the Fraud Practice in 2010, Justin has been called on to perform extensive analysis for clients on various consulting engagements, provided in-depth analysis for merchants as the manager of The Fraud Practice’s Chargeback Monitoring Program, and has conducted detailed research; writing industry specific white papers, blog posts and prepared research documents during his tenure. He holds a M.Sc. in Applied Economics and B.Sc. in International Affairs and Economics from Florida State University, and is a certified eCommerce Fraud Professional.
