Walmart and Dunkin' Brands, Inc. will provide you a view into their mobile wallet experiences and discuss some of the latest and greatest features. Additionally, the two retailers will discuss how their organizations have overcome the challenges faced with launching the programs including their approaches to making key technical and functional decisions, evaluating strategic partners, making product decisions such as build vs. buy, and thoughts on the cross-functional organizational structures that are required to support success.

Karla Allen headshotKarla is responsible for driving mobile payment innovation in Walmart’s international markets with a focus on the omni-channel customer experience. 
Prior to Walmart, Karla advised some of the world’s largest brands and retailers including Best Buy, General Mills, P&G, and The Gap on their mobile strategies in commerce, advertising and payments. Earlier in her career, Karla led product marketing at Sprint and Qualcomm.

Walmart Stores, Inc. recently posted annual revenue over $485 Billion US dollars and operates over 11,500 retail units under 63 banners in 28 countries.

Since joining the Dunkin’ team in 2012 he has been involved in Dunkin’s US Digital and Loyalty growth helping launch the DD Mobile App, the DD Perks Loyalty Program and On-The-Go Mobile Ordering. Paul currently oversees Digital Innovation including, web, mobile, digital payments as well as digital product and pilot program development.
