Steve Herrmann headshotSteve Hermann serves as senior vice president and market executive of the consumer and retail segments for Bank of America Merchant Services. In this role, he leads a team responsible for all new and existing retail clients, including some of the most recognized consumer brands in the U.S. His team drives portfolio management, sales strategy and execution, spanning an array of digital payments solutions, data analytics and search solutions. 

Before joining Bank of America Merchant Services in 2009, Steve led retail client sales and service as part of the Enterprise Customer Development group at First Data. He has held multiple executive positions during his more than 20 years in the payments industry, where he continues to be a visible leader. 

Steve is an active participant of the Merchant Advisory Group and the Association of Financial Professionals. He holds a bachelor of arts in economics from Temple University. Steve lives in New York City. 

Presenter: Brian Borneman (Vice President, Product Manager,Bank of America Merchant Services)

Brian BornemanBrian Borneman serves as vice president and product manager at Bank of America Merchant Services. In this role, Brian is responsible for delivering payment solutions, such as Dynamic Currency Conversion and Dynamic Pricing, to many of the company’s largest clients.

Brian joined Bank of America Merchant Services in 2005 from National Processing Company, where he was vice president of sales. Before that, he handled national sales for SCAN-DPPS (now Fidelity Information Services). He began his career as a regional sales manager and sales engineer at eFunds.

Brian graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a bachelor of arts in history. He lives in Washington State.

Presenter: Nicole Lubrano (Assistant Vice President, Product Manager, Bank of America Merchant Services) 

Nicole Lubrano headshotNicole Lubrano serves as assistant vice president, Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC), at Bank of America Merchant Services. In this role, Nicole is responsible for the DCC program’s existing client portfolio, client consultation and employee training.

Before joining Bank of America Merchant Services in 2016, Nicole served for three years as a product performance and training manager at First Data. Nicole also previously held various positions in the English department at Long Island University, C.W. Post Campus, where she earned her M.A.

She lives in Melville, New York.
