Presenter: Susan DeVries (Leader, Enterprise Relationship Management, Worldpay)

Hockenberry Lisa (2)Susan joined Vantiv, now Worldpay in March 2013 as Vice President and Senior Leader of our Enterprise Relationship Management team.  Susan oversees the Relationship Management teams responsible for large merchant client satisfaction and retention.  In addition to strategic collaboration with merchants, Susan assists in ensuring Worldpay’s products and strategies meet merchants’ needs and works to advocate on their behalf to the payment networks.  Before joining Vantiv, Susan spent 13 years with Walgreen Co.  In her payments role at Walgreens, she spearheaded programs to reduce acceptance costs and increase operational efficiencies.  Additionally, Susan led Walgreen’s efforts to develop retail financial solutions including co-branded and prepaid card programs.  Susan is an active participant with MasterCard’s Point of Interaction (POI) group as well as serving on the Advisory Council of the Merchant Advisory Group (MAG).





Presenter: Nancy Vance (Leader, Enterprise Solution Consultants, Worldpay)

vance nancy_ cartoonNancy joined Vantiv, now Worldpay in January, 2003 spearheading the creation of the ISV Integration and Management team, as well as providing solution consulting support to the Enterprise sales and relationship management teams.  In April, 2014, Nancy transitioned to the Solution Consulting team full time in the leader role, managing a team of solution consultants.  Nancy and her team are responsible for working with both new and existing merchants to assess how they currently process, collect the merchant’s requirements for changes, and create a technical roadmap to achieve the merchant’s goals.  Nancy has worked in the acquiring industry since 1982 with a wide range of experience including product support, ISV management, call center management, terminal deployment, merchant boarding and credit review.
