Jenny Menna is a Senior Vice President and Cybersecurity Partnership Executive at U.S. Bank.  She leads U.S. Bank’s Information Security Services Business Security Solutions organization which provides in-house compliance, security architecture, engineering and operations, risk and technology consulting services.  She also leads collaboration initiatives with industry and government to advance the cybersecurity posture of U.S. Bank, and the financial sector as a whole.   Her industry leadership roles include the Global Cybersecurity Alliance Strategic Advisory Committee, the Financial Top Level Domain Board of Directors, the OASIS Board of Directors, the Security & Risk Committee of Early Warning Services, and the Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center’s Threat Intelligence Committee.  

Jenny brings 20 years of experience in leadership roles in cybersecurity, information sharing, systems development and integration, and critical infrastructure protection.   Prior to joining U.S. Bank, Jenny held a variety of senior leadership positions in the Department of Homeland Security component responsible for securing federal civilian, state and local government and critical infrastructure networks, as well as for coordinating cyber incident response.  Jenny received both her Bachelors and Masters degrees from the University of Chicago.  She is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and a Visiting Fellow at the George Mason University National Security Institute.

Susan Rue is a Security Solution Consultant within Elavon, the payment processing subsidiary of U.S. Bank.  She has been in the acquiring and payment solutions business for over 20 years, working with clients from across many industries throughout North America to implement a variety of products and services in their payment acceptance environments.   She holds a Bachelor’s in Business from Bellevue University, is a certified Project Management Professional and is a native and current resident of Omaha, Nebraska.
