Bradford Wilson - Vice President, Risk Manager - Bank of America Merchant Services

Bradford Wilson serves as Vice President, Risk Manager for Bank of America Merchant Services Card Program Management team. In this role, he is responsible for managing the global card brand bi-annual release process and ensuring customers are aware of - and prepared for - any processing changes that are announced by the card brands.

Wilson received a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications from Michigan State University. He resides in Louisville, Kentucky.

Tiffany Roberts - Vice President, Merchant Compliance - Bank of America Merchant Services

Tiffany Roberts serves as vice president of merchant compliance for Bank of America Merchant Services. In this role, she is responsible for the preparation and delivery of all business materials for the payment network’s biannual release training as related to the card brands. These releases detail the networks’ operating rules and regulations to ensure compliance. She previously held the role of associate vice president, risk manager for the organization.

Roberts joined Bank of America Merchant Services from First Data (now Fiserv), one of Bank of America Merchant Services’ parent companies, where she last held the role of business risk manager.
