Payments MAGnified will take place February 10-13, 2025, at the Gaylord National Resort in National Harbor, MD.

The conference will include enhanced networking opportunities and customizable experiences that cater to varying career stages for payments professionals. This event promises deep dives into industry challenges and opportunities for both business- and tech-minded individuals every February. 

Tech Forum Attendees:  Payments MAGnified will dive deeper into the technology of payments while continuing to connect merchant IT professionals and their business partners with technology sponsors through tech-focused educational sessions and engaging networking events.

Registration Information

  • Payments professionals representing cross-verticals who want to drive positive change in the payments industry 
  • Payments operations or payments technology subject matter experts willing to share knowledge
  • New payments professions looking to gain a foundational knowledge of payments and the ecosystem
  • November 7 - Registration Opens for Payments MAGnified
  • January 10 - Early Bird Deadline
  • February 3 at 11:59 p.m. ET - Online registration closes. No cancelations, refunds, or transfers after this date.
  • February 10, 2025, 01:00 p.m. – February 13, 2025, 01:00 p.m. ET - Onsite registration will be available.
Cut-Off Date: Friday, January 17, 2025
  • Online registration for the Payments MAGnified will close on Monday, February 3 at 11:59 p.m. ET 
  • You must be registered for the conference to attend any of the Payments MAGnified programming. 
  • Registration grants access to education sessions, general sessions, and buisness breakout sessions as well as the exhibit area. Access to Tech Forum sessions may require an additional cost for registration. 
  • MAG offers Merchant-Only sessions that are restricted to MAG Merchant Members and approved guest merchants.

    Exhibit personnel who will staff your booth must be registered for the conference and can register using one of the options below: 

    Standard Sponsor registration using either a comp or purchasing a full conference pass. 
    Please refer to the Annual Sponsor Levels and Benefits to determine how many complimentary registrations your company receives.
    • $100 Exhibitor Set Up/Take Down Only*
    • $1200 Exhibit Booth Staff Pass for Payments MAGnified**

    *Grants access to the Exhibit Hall for set up on Monday, February 10 from 12pm-5 pm ET and take down on Wednesday, February 12 from 4pm – 7 pm ET. 

    ** This pass will not allow access to other conference elements including the general or education session. This pass is for those who will only be staffing your booth but will not be attending sessions. Limit 3 per company.
    Payments MAGnified sponsorships and exhibits will not be guaranteed or promoted until payment has been received.  We encourage you to submit your payment as soon as possible.

    Once your conference sponsorship and/or exhibit selection is made and approved, a MAG Staff member will reach out for payment. Preferred payment is via ACH/WIRE.     *If your company would like to purchase lead retrieval licenses for the Payments MAGnified exhibit hall, payments will be processed via credit card directly in the Exhibitor and Sponsorship selection portal.
    Though your booth is complimentary, you must visit the Conference Sponsorship and Exhibitor website to make your exhibit booth selection.

    Attendee List to Sponsors:

    Attendee Lists: Beginning December 2nd the MAG will post an attendance roster on the conference website and update it weekly. As an added benefit to MAG Annual Sponsors, we will be sending 2 pre-conference registration lists (January 20th and January 27th) and 1 post-conference attendee list (February 18th) with the contact information of those registrants who have given their permission to share. We ask that you limit your number of electronic promotions to conference attendees to a maximum of two email communications.
