Important Deadlines

All speaker assets and presentation materials should be submitted via the MAG Speaker Portal. Login information is sent via email to each speaker individually. 

July 22, 2026:  
  • Update Profile, Headshot, Bio 
  • Signed Speaker Agreement Form 
  • Register for the Conference 
  • Download Proud Speaker Graphic and Email Signature 
August 19, 2026: 
  • Preliminary PPT Presentations 
September 14, 2026: 
  • Final PPT Presentations 
  • Slido Seed Questions/Polls

Presentation Requirements

  • Organization: Presentation includes -- beginning (title, introduction); middle (informational); and end (summary/conclusion)
  • Objective: Convey the necessary message, information, and it is suitable for the target audience
  • Emphasize one point per slide and ensure you haven't crammed too much text on a slide
  • Legible text: Minimum words on each slide, serving as cues for elaboration

  • Follow the MAG's Terms of Use
Include:

✔ Vendor-neutral information
✔ Use case examples/call-to-action recommendations

✔ Your contact information on closing slide

Avoid:
