A First Look at MAG’s International Education Library

A First Look at MAG’s International Education Library

Payments teams don’t need another abstract discussion of global payments complexity.  You’re already living it: new rails, new rules, new fraud patterns, and a growing number of markets.

That’s why MAG is building an international education library with the same intent behind our broader Payments Content Roadmap: to provide credible visibility into what’s being built, when it’s coming, and how the pieces connect, so our members can plan.

Global Membership Launches in 2027

In 2027, MAG’s global merchant membership officially launches. The work below is just one part of how we’re building towards that moment; developing practical international learning assets our merchants and International advisors are asking for. Consider this your early look at what’s in motion, and a signal that more is coming.

What’s Currently in Development (International Education Library)

Below are the International items currently in development. *Four of these assets will be made available to all merchants in 2026:

Help Us build it Right: Co-Creation Opportunities

We’re actively looking for partners, merchants and sponsors, who want to co-create  education with the MAG. If you have on-the-ground market insight, real use cases, or data you’re willing to shape into learning, we’d love to talk. Co-creation helps ensure these assets stay merchant-relevant and practical.

This Library Will Grow Throughout 2026

The items above are just the foundation. Additional assets currently in discussion will be added to the library throughout 2026 and beyond. If you’re scanning this list and thinking, “You’re missing the thing that’s about to hit us,” tell us. The fastest way to make the library more useful is through merchant and sponsor partner input with real-world urgency attached. Please reach out to Lisa Crockett or Ruth Akiba.
